Our mission is to provide our clients with a package to make their stay as comfortable, enjoyable and easy as possible.



  • Cleanliness

    • We provide accommodation cleaned and prepared to a high standard for your arrival.


  • Arrival Procedures

    • We stay in close contact with you on arrival day to make sure that we are available to greet you, hand over the keys and show you around.


  • Instructions

    • Available in the property for the various appliances, etc.


  • Information

    • We provide information on emergency numbers, local tourist attractions, restaurants, etc - all available in our Visitor's Manual.


  • Linen

    • In the days of restrictive baggage allowances we feel we can help by providing all bed linen, towels and swimming towels in our price. For those staying with us for more than one week there is a weekly linen change.


  • Store cupboard

    • We try to ensure that all the products you are likely to need are already here. Dishwasher products are provided along with washing up liquid, other cleaning products, kitchen paper, toilet rolls and gas for the barbecue. We also provide store cupboard ingredients to include herbs and spices, olive oil, vinegar, flour and sugar. There is an optional contribution towards the store cupboard fund. What we are trying to achieve is no unnecessary expense on arrival.


  • Shopping

    • To overcome any problems of arrival when local shops are closed, we offer a shopping service so that you can walk straight in to your apartment and have a full fridge.


  • Catering

    • As an alternative to self-catering we offer home-made, pre-prepared meals, from finest local ingredients, frozen to be reheated at your convenience at any time during your stay, or a meal of your choice to have ready with accompaniments, on your arrival to make that first evening totally hassle free.

    Evening meals are available with pre-booking.

    BBQs - we hold a weekly BBQ during summer months.

    Perhaps you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay - let us know in advance if you would like us to cater for this special occasion.

    We also offer picnics and if you wish, the hire of a car-operated cooler to keep your provisions cool as you explore the local countryside.

    GPS navigators are also available for hire - just so you don't get lost!


  • Heating

    • Outside the summer months there is an extra charge for electricity (metered).
